  • This is one of Volkov's first paintings in his American West sub-cycle "Cowboys and Native Americans." This is every guy's dream to ride a horse out into the hills on a moonlit night, because it is REALLY cool! It is about solitude and peace, about no passage of time, about being there - fully absorbed by the landscape and the light, with no direction or purpose: just being there one with everything.
